Place 5 beech trees on your property (they are protected from being cut down). Plant them where you want (within TC range). Can be placed on the ground, foundations, walls, rocks, etc. You can pick these up with a wooden hammer and middle mouse button. 

Picking them up and replanting them will give you different sizes and, sometimes, variety.
